“November 3, 2017 @ 4:50p.m -Quadir (closing cashier) was wonderful & cheerful. I had a large amount of items & two transactions, but the service was top notch & even when he was the ONLY ringer & a lines formed customers were directed to another cashier. I NEVER liked this plaza BUT I will visit this location Old Navy again. I also was given the old navy card user discount, military discount & Super cash w/ no hassle. Great service from Quadir.”

Immediately Katelyn gave me the run down of everything and in the fitting room Tierra was super helpful. When I went to check out Chlöe made sure that KC would get my pants taken care of fast even though KC had a lot to do. What an awesome team.”
“I’d never ordered school uniforms before so I was a little intimidated going in! Joe was fantastic and made it so easy! When I came in to pick up my daughter’s uniforms for Pre-K, he asked me how old my daughter was and gave me some guidance on which size pants we needed for her. He was even prepared to give me a different size than what I had ordered, as long as I thought it would fit her! In the end the size he recommended was a perfect fit. I really appreciated Joe’s helpful advice and courtesy, and I hope the local Catholic schools continue to use Boystown Girlstown as their supplier for years to come. Thanks :)”

“I want to congratulate whoever hires and trains the staff here. I've never experienced better customer service, and, at 70, I've been shopping for decades. I came in with a friend who was coat shopping. While I was there, I figured I'd try to find straight legged spandex pants similar to the Lululemon pants I've been wearing for years but that have been discontinued. Madison immediately understood what I needed and did everything necessary to make that happen for me. And it wasn't easy. She ended up having to order them from another store, after trying to find a pair in the store, and online, and striking out both times. But she kept on it and made it happen. And honestly when she succeeded she seemed just as happy about it as I was. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I encountered as I tried clothing on and asked for different colors and sizes was helpful, caring and well-informed. And unlike some clothing stores with a younger vibe, even though I'm a senior, I felt welcomed and appreciated.”

“I'm not surprised by how small this TJ Maxx is compared to the one in my home state, which is much bigger. It’s okay but the selection is very limited and not worth shopping there in my opinion.”
“Walked in just as three females were being taken out in handcuffs by the 39th. The vibe was still good. The store was fairly empty so check out was smooth. Customer service was surprisingly very good, even when security stopped us at the front because a sensor was still on an item. Checked out with a smile”
“I Was in Philly this week to look for some outfits for an upcoming wedding event . After visiting several stores walked into this store and was very pleased with their displays . Looked around a bit and thought that perhaps pricing was a little high. We left and went to other clothing stores in Philly with total disappointment .We immediately returned to Brooks Brothers on Walnut and could not be more pleased w our salesperson Gabriela (Gabby) . She was knowledgeable on her product line and was not pushy at all . Refreshing to say the least . We were very pleased with the experience / product quality / product knowledge and mostly the styling assistance . 5 star experience !!”
