“Marlina is the best groomer !!!! She does beyond amazing work and is Extremely experienced. Some days I don't always have time to properly groom my dog and because of the type of coat my poodle has; if you let it go, it can get out of hand. She's doesn't pass judgement and literally makes my dog look like a show dog. Just wow I've been to other places before to get Zoe groomed but after the first visit with Marlina I told her she is now my dogs god mom because she always makes my dog look beautiful.I refuse to take my dog anywhere and to anyone else. Marlina will forever be the one and only groomer for my toy poodle Marlina if you're reading this, thank you for always going above and beyond.”

“Queenies Place is great !! When I walked in I was greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was freaking out because my puppy had the poops and the owner walked me through some amazing products that cleared my Yuri up In 2 days . She also recommended a good cleaner to get the odor out and it worked like a charm . Thank you !!! They also offer free delivery which is a bonus”

Maggie does an amazing groom that was exactly what we were looking for from day 1 and you can tell how detailed the groom is. Also, they always give us a 30-minute heads up before the groom is complete which is very helpful!”

The pet sitter/walker sends frequent updates on how your pets are doing, along with photos. Seeing your pets happy faces really helps ease your mind that they are in good hands! One of our neighbors even complimented the sitter/walker and said he could tell they were very well cared for while we were away. Will be using their services again and again!”

“Brought my dog here & he loves it. Bacon ice cream, vanilla ice cream & blueberry ice cream he tried. Nice gear & accessories & they have tons of treats you can get in a doggy bag. A tad bit pricey but its downtown center city so prices are going to be a bit high. A small shop that speaks volumes. I recommend for anyone who wants to doggy date with their pup”

“Service is top-notch. I had purchased a large dog crate that I never opened, well past any other stores return policy, but it was never opened. Braxtons returned without a question. As a purchaser of raw/frozen food for my standard, you must be very careful where you buy. If the raw food is not stored properly, your dog can get very sick. My standard has been sick 2x in her life and it was when I purchased raw at another store. Family owed business are the BEST! If prices are higher than other "chains," its worth the extra money for quality and service!”

Jayla did such an amazing job with Samson and checked in with me throughout his time there which was greatly appreciated. When I picked him up I could tell that he was very comfortable. “Absolutely excellent!Ham + Bone has been an amazing groomer for our pup. We have a fluffy corgi and his hair grows quick. He also sheds enough for us to have 6 corgis! But they take care of him so well and his fur always looks soooooo good. We give him baths in between his grooming sessions and they take him to the next level! Henry also loves them! Even when we're just walking by the shop, he's always trying to go inside and see some of his favorite humans!”

“Francisvale is such an incredible shelter! We were looking at a kitten online and after some very kind phone calls & emails we came into the center to meet him. It is very clear that the animals are extremely well cared for and the staff loves them. In particular, Cristina and Dorothy were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We adopted our kitten, and they were so excited to see him go to his forever home. A few days after the adoption I was hoping to get some advice regarding making sure he felt completely comfortable and at home and both Cristina and Dorothy were quick on the phone with me with some incredible advice and ways to ensure he became acclimated quickly. They also followed up a few days later to confirm that things were going well. I have never had an experience so comfortable and kind, and it is so clear that this place is not about just getting animals to a home, but pairing animals to the correct family and lifestyle. I could go on and on, but you just have to go in and experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.Just a warning they do not do same day adoptions. Though, any animal lover would know that this is a sign of an extremely reputable shelter, as it gives families the opportunity to consider hard if a pet would fit comfortably into their life. Same day adoptions lead to much higher rates of animals placed back in shelters due to decision making based on emotions.”
