“DO NOT PURCHASE A USED AUTOMOBILE FROM THESE LIARS! quite frankly....don't even buy a NEW car. They are unbelievable. I should have checked their BBB rating before ever walking in there being trusting. Unreal. They lie. And if they lie, they'll steal. They are the ABSOLUTE WORSE. Financed a used car and it has $5k worth of problems. They have had this car longer then me at this point "fixing it". AND they are charging me over $1k although they claim a 3k mile/3 month program that if anything goes wrong they'll fix it at no charge. That is a lie. What's worse they do not even communicate. It's been OVER a month they've had this car. I have never been more disappointed in myself for being trusting. DON'T DO IT!”

What stood out most was Kevin’s knowledge and professionalism. Even though I was there to buy an Audi they had taken in on trade, we had thoughtful conversations about different platforms and Japanese cars as well, drawing on his long-term experience in the business. “Do not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Battaglia Auto. My teen daughter saved up money along with some of ours to purchase her first car in August. We had been to other places to look but the inventory in our price range seemed not very good.
But at Battaglia we were fully confident in our purchase. This is a family owned business that takes pride in their reputation for selling quality used cars. My daughter fell in love with a 2012 Mazda 3. It had low miles and a good carfax history. Battaglia included a 3 month warranty with the car.
We took the car to our mechanic after purchasing to get it fully checked and he was amazed at the great condition the car was in.
If we are in the market to purchase a used vehicle we will go here again. They can be trusted. Not many auto places can be trusted and have high standards for what they sell.
