“I was sent here after contemplating the ride out to the Poconos to another transmission shop but I finally heard from multiple sources that Shawnee was the place to go. Man, am I ever glad I did!The guy at the front desk were more than welcoming and thoroughly explained the process to me from start to finish. Every time a part on our vehicle was touched my phone would ring and they'd give me an update on what they did and what was next. They even offered me to come down and watch them as they work or to show me bad parts without just replacing them and throwing them away. We all have heard horror stories of shops that replace perfectly fine parts or pretend to change parts. Not here! No way no how! .The van was fixed in no time and the price of the fix was completely reasonable compared to the quite I received else where”
