Use to be 5 stars to me, but since the BS COVID stunt, they've been slacking with changes that have taken a toll on their old ways that I liked. If it drops more, of course I will be changing banks.

Review for Kingston Branch : It's like how are you this horrible of people. They don't call you back, they don't call you with important information. They take their sweet time doing literally everything, how how this branch not been shut down or at least completely reworked because this is absolutely ridiculous. Linda needs to take care of her clients better and the credit union needs a new loan officer. RIDICULOUS.

Awful online experience. Automated call makes it unnecessarily long to make a simple daily limit increase take an hour.

This bank gave me nothing but problems. My online account would always lock me out from access. They wouldn't.get me logged back in by phone and I would have to take public transportation , and walk a mile through dangerous traffic sideroads to get there. They hold on to your money and when a reservation merchant such as U-Haul doesn't refund your money back to you after a reservation cancel, they keep. And they wanted to send me a job offer, probably for some low-ball, wage offer while I make all the improvement as is usually the such case.

Over the past several years UFCW has gone from a really great bank to an okay one. Their people get more rude and less helpful all of the time. Somehow they allowed a transaction to go through knowing the money wasn’t there to cover it. (The money wasn’t there because Walmart said that direct depositing money to UFCW was suddenly not possible anymore). So rather than denying it like they would if you used it in the store they allowed it and then proceeded to give me charges for being overdrawn. I received a letter in the mail, a week before their due date, telling me that I had to put money in the account to cover their charges or they were going to shut down my debit card. I wasn’t able to do that due to paycheck issues so I figured fine shut down my debit card since we weren’t using that account much anyway. I just checked it to see if they added any more charges to find out not only did they shut down my debit card but they closed my entire account. Ive had that account for over 25 years but do they care nope. So very disappointed in what used to be a great bank.

I have had several issues with this bank over the past year. The women that answer the phone are always rude and unhelpful. Beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service.

WHEN A TRIP TO THE BANK BECOMES A LESSON IN POLITICAL CORRECTNESS....... I went to the credit union this morning to add my 18 year old son to an account. I and my family all had Covid-19 and none of us...NONE of us required hospitalization. Funny because I am obese and have diabetes. I am the poster child for dying from Covid; a virus which is is 99.3% survivable. I didn't see the signs requiring masks. The rules here in Pennsylvania seem to change every other day. At any rate I was having a nice discussion with the tellers; about four of them when somehow we got on the topic of Covid and I revealed no one in my family was "vaccinated. " INSTANTLY they all shrieked in horror, "You need a mask." Then, they revealed THEY were all "vaccinated." I said to them that if I hadn't told them, they would nevet have known I wasn't vaccinated. They replied they all had nice little vaccination cards stating tgey lined up like good little drones and got the jab just like good little Guinea Pigs. They signed a release allowing a vial of experimental, God knows what to be injected into their bodies. No complete list of ingredients, no guarantee it will even work and the first line states it's EXPERIMENTAL, not to mention the fact IT IS NOT A VACCINE!!! IT IS AN MRNA INHIBITOR! THAT'S WHY YOU MUST SIGN A WAIVER!!! I am not an anti-vaxer. I am also not a lamb being led to slaughter. If, God forbid, they have a reaction and are injured they cannot sue. I have never signed a waiver for a vaccine for me or my son when he was a child! They also argued with me over that!!! In short, I was deeply offended and made to feel like a leper because I made a better decision than they did! The political correctness lobbed at my son and I was unprofessional and disgusting! It is not their job to lecture anyone about vaccinations! They should stick to their jobs! Now that I know how far left and politically correct they sll are, I would gladly close my accounts and go elsewhere. Unfortunately they are the best deal anywhere as far as service, fees, etc. But today, they get a big fat zero! Some of us DID vote for Trump and don't want experimental chemicals pumped into our bodies. When they get a REAL vaccine, I will be the first in line with my arm out!

Always some type of issue. Phone line and internet are down, yet they can still answer the phone to tell me I can't access my money again. Aside from the fact I've had my debit card hacked 3 times now, in roughly 5-6 years. Never had it happen at any other bank i belonged to.
