Michael was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help us out with our new phone. Michael and his staff were all very courteous and efficient. We had no appointment, Michael was on his way out for the day, but he stayed and took care of getting us a new phone and also got it all set up for us. I would like to say how much We will highly recommend the Wyoming location to our friends and family.

Really want to take a minute and thank Michael for making my experience at his Verizon store stress free for the second time. I should have written this 5 star review a year ago when I bought the first phone from him. Now needing another, I remembered his attentiveness and knowledge and how effortless he made my whole experience.
