It is not worth it not for the service of the employees, the problem is the digital products and some physical ones that always come with problems and it is always difficult to receive assistance when there is an error.

When searching for a set of surround sound speakers, we found that many options were available to choose from. However, we encountered difficulty in assessing the sound quality of most of them, which is crucial before making a purchase decision, especially when spending a considerable amount of money. On the bright side, the customer service we received during our visit was exceptional and worth mentioning.

I was in this store this evening casually browsing around 6:30-7:00pm today 2/10 and felt really uncomfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I went towards the Apple section and noticed an employee following me around. What a strange situation. I totally felt racially profiled since I am Hispanic. After I noticed this I said forget even thinking about buying anything in here and immediately walked out of the store. I get that they have high end expensive electronics on display but to immediately start following someone around without even saying hello or offering assistance is very strange. I'll never go back into this store again. Must be a whites only Best Buy.

“I had an enjoyable experience at Best Buy Reading Store especially services provided by Steven Sanchez ( Autotech Agent, Geek Squad ). He was very understanding, and helpful and gave excellent customer service, his coworker was very kind too. Because of the services, I will revisit the store.”

Best Buy is awful, or at least this particular location is. You can no longer call the store directly with questions; your call is routed to a call center and the reps always give wrong information. I'm pretty much screwed on a return at this point because their call center reps gave me wrong information, and I was unable to speak directly with the store to confirm what I was being told. Also, the Best Buy Plus membership is a total joke, too. I do not recommend them at all!
