“Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”

“We really enjoyed shopping here. We bought nice Wrangler jeans, leather belt with nice longhorn buckle and Stetson's cowboy hat. The store staffs are friendly and very helpful.”

“The staff here was a true hero working with me to put together a last minute surprise for my parents and in-laws. We designed the prints together. She took my vision and ran with it to make it even better than I could have imagined. Her attention to detail was impeccable and the little touches she added really elevated the designs. When I asked if she could put it together by the next day, she asked me to come back in half an hour. The expedited process, the beautiful products, and helpful staff all exceeded expectations. “Very sad to see the store getting emptier and emptier. I really hope this store doesn't close along with so many others in the Berkshire Mall. Their se l ecrion was still decent when it came to sneakers. Sadly the sneakers my son wanted were at DLTR instead.”

“Store is a clean, traditional Hot Topic. Everything was in order and in accessible places as it should be. Stock is well maintained, and overstock doesn't look like overstock.Save for one employee who wanted to talk about work more than do work, employees are helpful and knowledgeable... Or best that can be considering changing inventory and confusing layouts I assume it's from cooperate.Constructive criticism: customers are more important than conversations, and shirts should be more easily located: they are alphabetical, but they're not. Hard to be when you have the alphabet split on two walls, eg with different Sailor Moon shirts on each.”
