“One of my favorite stores to shop at! I bought my wedding dress and all 3 grandsons matching shirts and they looked adorable! Just found this cute dress and my husband loves it on me. Lancaster has a bigger selection if looking for kids or even women’s.”

“I love their clothes! It's hard to find dresses in my style, long jumpers (sleeveless dresses) made of natural fibers but they have them, and in my xlarge petite size, too!”

“Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”

“Ngl, I was tempted to throw down 4 stars cuz they changed how they price their Clearance section from a system of tiers to a flat 30% off everything... BUT, I went for 5 for the cashier with the lovely pixie curls that had zero problem with me running to try on a few pairs 5 minutes before close when I noticed their BOGO 1/2 Off promo at the register. I could tell you were 100% ready to clock out, but you were absolutely cool with me getting the deal, even if it held things up for a moment. I'd shout you out, but idk you name. Regsrdless, Cheers to You, Darlin'!!”

“I was sent to the children’s journeys after an unpleasant experience at the adult store. The employees/manager were so kind and helpful. When they didn’t have the shoes in stock they went the extra mile to check the website and surrounding stores. Then even helped refund my purchase. Thank you for the amazing customer service”

“Good selection of Nike men's sneakers. Had latest styles. It's nice to be able to go to a shoe store and actually see and try on the product before buying. I dislike ordering online and not seeing or trying on the product. Will continue to go to JD Sports before ordering online”
