My bichon usually comes back with awkward cuts around the legs, but here the styling looked balanced and natural. They texted me photos during the appointment because it was his first visit, which honestly made me trust them more. The shop itself smelled clean instead of wet dog odor. Prices weren’t the cheapest, but I’d rather pay slightly more than deal with uneven grooming or stressed pets again.

Once there, was very informative information on what I wanted. Strongly advised me to NOT purchase what I wanted because I didn't currently have the right set up. Which is fine. And I agreed. No kittens. Not much of a selection for aquatic turtles. All aquatic plants were in small bags. Which is mainly for small tanks. After obtaining my fish, had to sign up for the card, because I knew I'd be back. So, mixed feelings for my visit. Maybe next time, there will be more smiles and less condescending attitude.

1183 Berkshire Blvd, WyomissingThe PetSmart staff at this store were excellent in helping me rounding up the one of three dogs that slipped out of my vehicle in the parking lot after I had hooked up the other two. 5 staff helped get my stray and then went back to my car to close up my door after I waited in the store. Everyone at this store showed me the high quality of service and also helped me pick out some harnesses for my dogs! Highly recommend purchasing any pet supplies at this store

1245 Penn Ave, WyomissingFirst time here. It was busy but not overwhelming. They use their space wisely. Server was nice, a little forgetful but nice. Food was great. I don't think there was one thing I tried that I didn't like. I'd pick this place over Shady Maple any day of the week. Can't wait to return!
