Comcast is one of the worst companies ever. They don't give a crap about their customers. You can never get a hold of them when you have a problem. When I tried giving them a review on their website, they won't let you give anything but 5 ⭐️s. If try giving 4 ⭐️s or less, they won't let the review go through. Comcast is what you call a monopoly. Not a good thing. They're prices are ridiculously high and some things that they do are quite shady, possibly illegal?....

If I could give a negative score I would and that would be too generous!! Reps have absolutely no clue what they are doing or how customer service works. They have lost all business from us!

I have been a loyal Xfinity customer since 2018. On October 3, 2025, I attempted to reactivate my internet service but was informed that my account was marked as fraudulent. After further investigation, I learned that my neighbor (who lives in the same building) was able to create an Xfinity account using my exact unit number. As a result, Xfinity’s system flagged my legitimate account as potential fraud, preventing me from restoring my service. Despite contacting Xfinity multiple times and offering to provide proof of residence immediately, I was told that my case would be placed “under review.” I have been given inconsistent information and have not received a resolution since the issue began. This is an inconvenience and now I am unable to complete my online assignments because of it. Definitely am considering on leaving.

My problem is with their Stone Age internet service they provide, I was promised atleast 100Mbps upload and never got it, Comcast’s network is living in the 90s while there to worried about providing cell phones. As soon as I can I’m dropping them they refuse to do the upgrade do my town even though they did for neighboring towns but they own the area so I’m stuck with there Stone Age junk internet, thanks a lot. And yes I do need good upload for what I do

Despicable hostage sales tactics. I ordered a cable box upgrade and was required to return the old one directly to the store. No option to mail it back. I went to the store expecting to drop off my old box and get back to work. But they had other plans for me. There is no drop off counter, I had to wait behind others that had problems with their services, or wanted cell phones and other hands on services that needed more attention. I didn't need that attention, I just needed to drop off old equipment and be on my way back to work. But no, they don't want customers to drop and run, they want EVERY customer to wait in queue, so they can pitch you added services and cell phone services. I waited over an hour for my name to be called. I told him that I just needed to drop off the old cable box and get a receipt. But no, he needed to bombard me with questions about my cable, internet and cell phone needs. I told him that I just needed my drop off receipt and get back to work. He continued with the sales probing. I had to get loud to get him to stop and just give me my receipt. They held me hostage in store for more than an hour so they could pitch me additional services. Despicable corporate sales practice. I will be seeking alternate cable and internet services. Fastbridge internet is coming to my community.

Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Very unprofessional and clueless.
I showed up without a phone trying to get a new one and ran into problem after problem. One of them being told they were not allowed to offer me a phone to use to make a call to fix something Xfinity screwed up on their end, not mine.
This store needs better management and staff that don’t seem lost.
I almost thought I was in the wrong place but maybe it was everybody who couldn’t help that was in the wrong place instead.
Left with nothing done, no progress made. Definitely will NOT be back and don’t recommend anybody else to go there. It’s probably more worth it to drive to a further location than this one.
