Anyone who needs to return any equipment and don't want to go to the Store and spend time there. Here is the easiest way take the equipment to the UPS store near you they will box it for You and ship it for no charge. I went today there was not a long line not even 5 minutes.

Xfinity is horrible in general and they only get away with what they do because there is no other show in town. If another internet carrier comes to Reading/Bernville area, they will be done!

I went in there to open an account and some guy with silver hair told me I couldn't because of someone who lived in the apartment before I moved in ( I have no idea who they are )He told me to call a number that when I called it wasn't even in service. Very poor service and confused employee.

Disappointing Service from Manager Steve at Xfinity Rating: 2 Star Interacting with Manager Steve at Xfinity was an exceptionally disheartening experience. It became apparent that he was experiencing a bad day, which unfortunately was reflected in his service. The tone was both dismissive and rude, a stark difference from the high-quality customer service expected from a company such as Xfinity. His responses lacked the empathy needed to make customers feel valued and understood. He showed minimal interest in trying to understand or solve my issue - a red flag for any customer hoping for resolution. Instead of being solution-driven, there was a sense of eagerness to quickly wrap up the conversation. Being a manager, Steve's actions set a concerning example for his team and leave a negative impact on Xfinity's reputation. His attitude has notably affected my perception of the brand; I am left doubting the quality of Xfinity's customer service in general due to his lukewarm approach. The experience proved to be very frustrating and has unfortunately tainted my overall view of the brand. It's hoped that Xfinity will address this problem and take proper action to improve their customer service. A customer's journey with a service provider should be respectful and satisfying, a mark that Manager Steve missed in this instance.

This is the worst location I have ever visited. Manager is rude and one of the male employees are rude. Came in for questions about my bill and presented screenshots directly from my xfinity account and was told that the screenshots were “made up”. I am very unpleased with my visit and have already contacted corporate. Please DO NOT go to this location. I feel bad for the employees who actually do their jobs there.

They over billed us for over 6 months and they said because I didn't figure it out soon enough that they can not reimburse me. They gave us a free streaming box and was charging us every time we logged on. HUGE SCAM!!!!!

This store is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I was told there would be a short wait time due to there being 4 people in front of me and a whole hour later I'm still waiting for someone to assist me with and issue. I cannot stress this enough but if your on a time schedule please avoid this store. You will wait 2-3 times whatever amount the representative tells you.

Representative was pleasant, understanding, and very helpful . I was pleased with the service I received on that day. Due to the time of day I arrived, I didn't have to wait to be seen by someone (shortly after opening).
