I have a Movado watch and the bracelet (band) broke. I had a great experience with Reese at Zales in the Berkshire Mall. Reese advised that she would install the new bracelet I ordered from Movado directly. I will return to their store to make future purchases. Had a great experience here , the staff was amazing and very helpful .i would return anytime . I’m very thankful , they helped me with a quick repair and made my wife very happy . Highly recommend .

I had the most pleasant experience with Carlin and Diane at the Y missing mall store very helpful and pleasant. Don’t mind spending my money.
