“Went in having an idea of what I was looking for but got some great education and recommendations on some other bikes to consider based on my riding style. Arounkone was knowledgeable and friendly. He took some quick preliminary measurements to get the bikes I tested sized to me and even gave a recommendation for a quick test route. I ended up making my purchase and came back later for the full fitting. That process was in-depth and included many more measurements, video assessments of my form and then subsequent adjustments of the bike and my cleats based on what he was seeing and how I was feeling. They also got me dialed in with the accessories I needed and Kyle was nice enough to pop the bike carrier on to my existing rack while I was getting the full bike fit. Overall, the shop aesthetic and the staff really show how much they care about the reputation they have built. I would certainly recommend the shop to anyone looking for their first or next bike”
“I think he’s the owner, and with no mechanics available, he personally fixed the flat tire on my daughter’s bike on a Sunday late afternoon and even adjusted the brakes. Thank you so much for the friendly and helpful service!”
“Nick and the staff at this bike shop are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They are very patient with my questions and genuinely seem to prioritize what’s best for both the rider and the bike. They take the time to assist you without making you feel rushed, embodying the ideal experience of a bike shop. Additionally, they offer a wide selection of rental bikes for the towpath, perfect for visitors. Highly recommended!”
“This place will do right by you. I had an issue with an electric bike I purchased on line. Corey took the time and saved the day! Totally professional shop! Highly recommend!”
“Needed a flat tire fixed and they were great! Had my two toddlers with me and was out the door in 10 minutes! Highly recommend for a quick fix with a great price!”
“Ed is the man! He worked on my bike for almost 2 weeks. He gave me a great price when it went longer than he thought it would take. He’s very knowledgeable with bike routes in the area. I trust his work and knowledge. Genuinely cares and is a local TV star doing bridge dedications for vets.”
