“There’s not enough I can say about Classic Coachwork. I have been with them since the day they opened. Say it’s a curse or meant to be but we have grown together over the years. Tim and Rich have become like family. I haven’t forgot about Frank. That does not mean that the rest of the boys have not grown on me. We have a running joke and I won’t say it on here but they know what it is. Without that being said, their work is truly amazing. They genuinely care about their customers. From Kyle down to the boys in the back, hey Chris. Kyle has kept me up-to-date with all the details. He was able to contact the insurance company and rental without alleviating the hassel. I truly appreciate Kyle!! Thanks for the heavy work =)! Thanks for the ride to the car rental and understanding what was wrong with my car even though I was explaining it in “girl terms”. The shop would not run the way it does without every single one of them. Every person has their place they prefer and this shop is mine and I can vouch for it as I have been with them since day one truly. Thanks for all of your hard work and all that you do.”

“Left my car for two days at a Philly garage for inspection, with an appointment, only for it never to get inspected. Pulled up to Marty’s on a Saturday without an appointment and they were able to get me in and out within a half hour. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you’re in the city and want somewhere quick, reliable, and responsible!!”

“100% recommend Body Craft. Steve is absolutely amazing and knows his stuff. My truck got hit from behind on 05/14/2026 and I was so upset because I thought it was a goner. His attention to detail and handling the insurance adjuster was outstanding, all I had to do what drop it off and pick it up. Steve took such great care of me and made sure my truck looked like nothing ever happened. I got my truck back and it looks better than before it got in the accident. Steve is an expert in his field and has 100% earned my trust. Thanks again for everything!”

“Custom coach auto body is partnered with my insurance company and I had a wonderful experience with them after my car was hit while parked. Gloria, who works in the office was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She communicated clearly with details and invited me to call if I had any questions at any time. The repairs were excellent, my car looked just as it did brand new and I was surprised at how fast they moved. They even tightened a screw on my passenger door for me without me asking. Gloria also knew how to help me navigate working with the rental company. Highly recommend!”

“I can't thank ROY at Marshall Road Auto enough for the kindness and compassion he showed me today. After being in a car accident, I was overwhelmed and expected the experience of cleaning out my car to be heartbreaking. Roy made what I thought would be a dreadful day so much easier. HE never rushed me, patiently walked me through every step, and even went above and beyond to help me organize and carry my belongings. His genuine kindness and willingness to help meant more than I can put into words. In moments like these, a little compassion goes a really long way, and ROY reminded me that there are still truly good people out there. I am incredibly grateful he was there to help me during such a difficult time. Thank you, ROY, for treating me with patience, respect, and genuine care. Marshall Road Auto is fortunate to have someone like you, and I hope you receive the recognition you deserve. There may have been confusion with my vehicle placement (lol). But I was patient & was met with much respect & kindness… Thank you ROY!!!!!!”
