“They were quick to get me set up and the most reasonably priced service in the area which was what I was looking for next to good reviews that there weren't rodents or dampness. When I got to my storage unit that they assigned me, there was no lock on it. Inside was someone else's stuff. I called the unit and in 10 minutes they got me a new storage unit close by and I was ready to go. I appreciate that they valued my time and got it done quickly.”
“I've stored my 60s classic car at Harrisburg East for several years and really appreciate the quality of their site in taking care of my 58 yo girl and if I've ever needed anything they are always just a phone call away - even on Sunday's, which I've really appreciated. “I was not informed to put a * in front of my pass code. I was fortunate enough there was an employee that informed me. The 2nd time I went someone else was having the same issue. I spoke with him and informed him what to do. How many others sat at the gate waiting for a rep to answer their call? Other than that I love the location, pricing, and cleanliness of my unit.”

“Cedar Springs Storage is a quality business. We have had a unit here for years.
The owner and staff are very personable and easy to talk to. The property is always upkept and clean.
They have all different sizes of units from smaller indoor units to HUGE outdoor ones.
There are security cameras everywhere and a security fence that you need to put your code in if you go after business hours.
Their prices are comparable to other local storages. Cedar Springs Storage is one of the largest and niceest around.”

“They really go above and beyond. When I called yesterday, the girl that answered was willing to stay late so I could rent a unit. I politely declined and ended up trying today (Saturday) but they were closed to attend a personal event. The person walked me through leasing remotely and set me up so I could get moving in. “I've been using Emigsville Storage for YEARS and have no issues. They are friendly and easy to work with and are responsive if there are any issues with units, doors, etc.
Note ... This is NOT their fault, but if you store things here be wary of wasp nests that show up in warm months.... Especially right above the garage doors. Every time I see one, I let them know and they take care if it. I just wanted to let people know due to allergies, etc!”
