“Dave was great no issues at all I can tell you way better than 7th st post office customer service great and dave agreed with me something wrong In harrisburg post office on 7th st so I knew it was not all usps offices and 7th st needs a new look quick and fast in harrisburg. Dave was great has integrity and no issues i waited till I had a doctor's appointment to come to this post office so there is the difference. Small but I know it will get to the destination no issues. In case know one knows u dont have to buy tape and it is at the usps discretion if they choose to help u or not. But file a complaint on the post office that no does there jobs at all. And seen how I have so many issues with 7th street post office harrisburg lazy and worthless I am going to go deeper into this and make them do there jobs. Dave was wonderful and no complaints at all I will go back to boiling springs post office. I have always liked it there for 20 or more years love ❤️ it”

She went out of her way to get in contact with me because I forgot to put a stamp on my package. The package contained my passport so it would’ve been a disaster if they just mailed it out and potentially got lost. I cannot thank Jalissa enough for helping make sure my mistake was corrected and my package was handled with the utmost care. She deserves a raise, big time in my opinion!! Thanks again :)”

The employees remember who I am and are very friendly. I miss those who have retired and have gotten to know the new people.And my letter carrier has to be one of the most friendly people I’ve met.
