Walked in today to switch phone provides and see the only employee asleep while also on his phone. Waited 20 minutes to him waking up to his manager banging on the back door. Walked out and acted like he wasn’t asleep and started to help me and my husband. AT&T lost my service and I will never go there again or ever trust my phone with a company that has employees that fall asleep on the job.

don’t go to this location!!!!!!!!! My husband & I with our 2 small children went to this store at 6PM Monday 6/3 there was 2 sales associates and a customer that one of the associates just helped and he was leaving. The male associate said “we’ll be eight with you guys”. The 2 associates went to the back and had us waiting for a solid 7 minutes.. still nothing. My children were getting antsy so I left a note stating that was very unprofessional a disrespectful to just let us on the sales floor a disappear for that long. We got 2 kids in the car and drove around looked into the store a the associates still weren’t out!!!!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK

What's the line between ignorance and deception? It's walked here, and I couldn't actually tell you if they knew what they were saying/doing was false, and trying to be deceptive, but it certainly felt like it.
Here's a few examples! Telling me I could get a pixel 8 256GB for free without a trade in. I had brought my phone to trade in because I saw the deals online, but whatever - it seemed fine. I told them I couldn't be without a phone because I'm on call 24/7, which they seemed to understand. The manager went into the back, and came back out with a phone. I paid the taxes on it, and then noticed on the back it said 128gb instead of 256.
I brought it up with the sales rep, who turned to the manager and said, "Oh - it looks like it's not a 256GB". The manager said, "Oh - well, we didn't have 256GB in stock". So what - He was just going to hope I didn't notice/find out?!?!
Then I had to go through the process of returning the phone that I had just been duped into buying thinking it was a different size, and was told I would have to pay a restocking fee!? So then it was - taxes on the wrong phone, and restocking fee. So far so good - total ~$110. Don't worry though, because he assured me he put a note on the account and that the restocking fee would show up as a credit on my first bill. Well - I just got my first bill yesterday, and no restocking fee. I called in and they said, "You'll have to go into the store, because unfortunately we see no note".
Next promise (lie) was that if I called in, they would waive the activation fee (~70) between the two lines I had signed up for. This was also false! That puts my tally at approx. ~$180 down the drain.
I was in the store for approx. 2.5 hours, and wanted to get out of there so bad...
I will say, when I went back two days later, and trust me, I didn't want to, there was an older guy who could've been another manager or the owner who took my Pixel 6 (which I ended up trading in for a pixel 8 pro on a promo) and had me out in under 5 minutes. I didn't bring up the fees because this was before I had called customer service.
Look - This could've happened at any AT&T store, because it only takes one dishonest person to really screw things up, but between the manager I worked with that day, and the two sales associates, this place felt like I was buying a used car.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! My plan was changed without my consent, all kinds of things were added and the store manager flat out lied. Didn’t realize they were just an authorized store. They haven’t heard the last of me. I will not stay quiet.

Usually phone store employees just want to sell you a cell, then say goodbye, figure it out, good luck. But Jon and Q at the Loucks Rd AT&T put customer service as number 1 priority. They have immense knowledge and always work with you to find the phone and the deal that' s ideal.

My wife and I visited this store after having a bad experience at another nearby store. We had the pleasure of being helped by an awesome employee named Jay. He was very quick to help us with exactly what we came for, was polite and professional. With out a doubt, Jay should be recognized for his outstanding work and customer service. We plan to add the hotspot internet to our plan and drop comcast at the end of the month. One guess who we’ll be coming to? Jay. Thank you again!!

I would avoid this store at all cost! My father (76) came in to add a line to the account for my mother to have a phone. They added insurance to a $100 phone and also added a $25 per month insurance for home computer/tablets. I guess since he was old they thought he wouldn't figure it out! Criminal to do that without getting customer approval!!! Plus adding $14 per month insurance to a $100 phone.Just go online and save yourself rhe headache.
