“I was at work and in desperate need of an oil change and battery check with limited time to get anywhere. I wasn't sure how I was going to get the time to get this scheduled. I called On-Site Lube Services Inc. since they are close to my employer. I spoke to Damon, the guy at the front desk. He was very professional and friendly. He advised they could schedule me for tomorrow or Friday. I asked if it is possible to get me in right away, I asked if I could be there in 10 minutes, could they help me. He told me he could fit me in. This was GREAT customer service, their response was quick as was their service! Thank you for your promptness and willingness to help me at such short notice!
