“From start to finish, this was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Steven and his manager Andy truly make an incredible team. They took the time to really get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for. Steven let me test drive multiple models until I fully nailed down what I wanted, and when they didn’t have the exact vehicle in stock, they went above and beyond, searching for over a month to find the perfect match for me.
The entire process was honest, transparent, and completely stress-free. I never once felt pressured, and communication throughout was excellent. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle when waiting for a part to arrive, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch.
When I came to pick up my car, they truly made it special with flowers, chocolates, a keychain and a bow on the car (my request, tis the season). The details that made the experience unforgettable. Steven also spent plenty of time walking me through every feature and setting, making sure I felt completely comfortable before leaving.

“The team at Quality is great to work with. They suggest what services need to be done, but don’t push for me to agree to their suggestions. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. “Took my car there for an alignment and inspection. I had installed a new steering wheel and it wouldn’t go on straight. So I went to get an alignment to correct it. They did not fix my issue. When I told them, they took my car back and corrected it free of charge. Unfortunately it wasn’t right the first time, however, they made things right and my steering wheel is now straight and my steering response improved drastically.”
