Best Buy offers a mix of experiences. Customers appreciate the chance to see new tech in the store and find it easy to pick up online orders quickly. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially at the service desk and checkout. In some cases, employees are willing to open boxes to test compatibility, showing effort to assist with specific needs like unbranded smartwatches. However, over the years, the store has become less personal, with fewer associates available and less interest in customer service. Some staff members may provide incorrect information about specialized products such as Sonos or Mac chip differences. Customers also note issues with the credit card and rewards system through Citi Bank, citing problems with payments and account management. Additionally, store policies can be confusing, like needing to cancel online orders if customers want to pick up items in-store rather than receive home delivery. Overall, Best Buy remains a place for basic tech needs but has lost some of its former family touch.
I have purchased a few items over the years at this location of Best Buy. Some things were satisfying that I bought and some things were not. An average store. Overall, not bad/not great.

The store often seems understaffed but that's almost everywhere you go. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable about some options.
