“Dropped my old phone in some water so I needed to get a new one. I was warmly greeted and treated with respect. The store manager was training a new associate and showed that she was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. The store was clean and warm with no odd smells. I am glad I chose to come here rather than Boost Mobile where they didn't want to make a sale. All of my questions here were answered, even the questions about other products in the store. I definitely recommend coming here.”

“Every experience at this location has been position. Very helpful experts who don’t try and upsell. The recent visit was to purchase a new laptop for my older parents. A manager spent a good amount of time with them, answering questions and going over their options. This was extremely helpful to have someone else take the lead on this. “Store is fairly clean, layout makes sense & plenty of room to shop the racks. I like self checkout, but sometimes you have issues you need a person. Also feel like since that aren't at registers it would be helpful to have associates who are floaters around the store to help customers on the floor”

“Stopped to use the rest room and get coffee. The night clerk,April, helped me as I left my cane I my car and was having great difficulty getting around. APRIL ASKED ME TO REMAIIN AT THE COUNTER AND THEN SHE WENT AND POURED MY COFFEE, BROUGHT IT TO ME. SHE WAS AN ANGEL. I WILL BE STOPPING THERE FOR MY COFFEE IN THE FUTURE.”

“Been going to T-Mobile store for the last few month for updates, and always tried to change my plan to pay more and always every time left the store with a bad taste. But yesterday I went in and ASHLYN PLOWMAN approached me with the best smile and extraordinary customer service told her what I needed, in less then 40 mins got me my new phone transferred everything and always with a positive attitude wow. Excellent customer service thank you so much. She was amazing answer all my questions. Thank very much. T-Mobile should have more employees like you easy to work with and did what I was trying to do for the last few months. Beca the other employees was not willing to go the extra step to to help out.
