“As an older non tech-savvy customer and first timer with T-mobile signing up for home internet, I elected for store pickup so that I could ask all my questions. My customer service person was polite but hurried; did all sorts of things I didn't understand and added an app on my cell phone I didn't want. Once I got home, I couldn't sign in to the app and had all sorts of problems. This required an hour on the phone with their customer service (in India I believe). My advice: Take a tech-savvy person with you to walk you through the process or you'll spend a day getting the mess sorted out.”

“Dropped my old phone in some water so I needed to get a new one. I was warmly greeted and treated with respect. The store manager was training a new associate and showed that she was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. The store was clean and warm with no odd smells. I am glad I chose to come here rather than Boost Mobile where they didn't want to make a sale. All of my questions here were answered, even the questions about other products in the store. Also feel like since that aren't at registers it would be helpful to have associates who are floaters around the store to help customers on the floor”

APRIL ASKED ME TO REMAIIN AT THE COUNTER AND THEN SHE WENT AND POURED MY COFFEE, BROUGHT IT TO ME. SHE WAS AN ANGEL. I WILL BE STOPPING THERE FOR MY COFFEE IN THE FUTURE.”
“The Target store has so many healthy and natural items for sale. Great selection and store arrangement. I was happy to see a Starbucks in Target. I got a Caramel Ribbon Crunch with my gift card, it was divine on such a hot day! Busy little worker bee's but took a while to get the drink. They may need more workers, but I would defiantly get the drink again!”
