Scripts are never filled on time. Lack of customer service. They randomly close down early for the night so I can't get my scripts after work. Ridiculous.

I wouldn't even leave one star of it were possible. I've had the same conversation 3 times in the last 2 weeks, with the same person. I go in to pick up my prescription, and I'm told my insurance won't cover it, go buy it over the counter for $80. I tell them, no, my insurance will cover it, please run it. So, they do, and they see that my insurance will, in fact, cover it. Completely. But, they're out of stock, come back in a couple days. Repeat x3. So, finally, I'm done. I'll go somewhere else, and based on the rest of these reviews, so should you.

Yet another update. Never have my prescription ready. Been on and off my meds I'm supposed to take daily for months. They let it sit over a week without saying anything about an issue until I questioned them. I needed a random new prior authorization. They sent it to my Dr at that point and my Dr immediately got it taken care of. Insurance took about a week as the Dr said, but now CVS STILL won't fill it. Said they need prior authorization again. The meds changed but the DR did the approval request for the new meds and it was approved. CVS is just being a bunch of see you next tuesdays
Another update: I'm taking away a star. You don't deserve the one you still have either but I have no choice. I ran out of my meds again, again with no call about my auto refill. I texted your stupid refill text thing, which told me the refill was READY for pickup. That was 8am yesterday. Yet at 230pm today, there is no prescription ready and apparently "READY for pickup" means it's scheduled to be filled 2 weeks from now. So they "did me a favor" and put it through and expedited it so I was supposed to go back to pick it up in 5-10 minutes. And wait in line again. Hell no. Your actions inconvenienced everyone else in that line too. I hope they all complain and write bad reviews for it too
UPDATE it hasn't improved at all. After they told me they had no records of my son ever getting his prescription filled here (a prescription I've been filling here for the last 8 years and had last filled just 3 months before that) I went back to his doctor to get it refilled. They sent the prescription, but it never got filled in the 2 weeks since it was sent. After waiting 10 mins for someone to pick up, I was told they'll fill it now and I can pick it up in 30 minutes. So going home just to go back out.
I've had issues before, I'm not getting into all of them now. I'm just trying to refill a lifesaving prescription that I'm getting low on, but apparently since it has nothing to do with COVID nobody can help. I called the store and after listening to a bunch of info on COVID and then being told the store is closed (doesn't close until 10 by your Google info but I've gone at 915 and found the store closed because it closes at 9. It's a little after 8 right now btw) so I have to use the automated system. Automated system has the options of get COVID info or wait for other options. Waited, got a list of COVID options. It asked to say what I need, I said "refill prescription" it then transferred me to the COVID hotline, where the b*tch asked how I got referred to their hotline, I told her what happened, and she talked down on me like I dialed the wrong number and told me to call my local store because if I did it right I wouldn't have ended up on their line. I dialed again and followed her directions. Got told a bunch of COVID info, then told the store was closed and to call back tomorrow. Bunch of lazy pricks working here. Or I should say not working, since they apparently just close whenever and dont help people

Very rude front counter older lady. Will not return to this CVS. If you hate your job that much then do the rest of us a favor and QUIT.

Might be the single worst pharmacy around. The pharmacist themselves are nice enough, but their company almost incentivizes people to want to go somewhere else.

Prescriptions that show as ready to be picked up on my cvs account are often lost, back ordered or simply not there. The atmosphere is chaotic and the wait times are very long. The employees are obviously overworked and overwhelmed, and I am sympathetic to them, but the pharmacy itself is very poorly run and I have wasted a lot of time there. I am in the process of getting my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. I honestly don’t know why I’ve stayed using them for so long. Counter guy looks like he hasn’t slept in 4 weeks and his attitude matches. Which let’s be real with the 3 employees the store actually has I’m not blaming him.
But the simple fact that they couldn’t find an order that was faxed twice and confirmed twice, that was for a dog.. I won’t be trusting them with any medication in the future, for animals or humans.

TERRIBLE. Call in a refill for a prescription in the am go in at 5 pm and get told it was never filled . They can express it if I can wait 20 minutes! NO! WHY WOULD I WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR A PRESCRIPTION THEY HAD ALL DAY TO FILL. AND THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME IT HAS.HAPPEND I AM GOING BACK TO GIANT FOR MY MEDICATION NOONE WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE .

Pharmacy staff is horrible. Everytime I have a prescription on auto fill, I still have to wait 15-20 minutes for them to fill it even though it was to be done 4 days ago. This is unacceptable. I have been using this pharmacy for a long time and I am looking to change my pharmacy. Especially since they are messing around life sustaining medicine for my husband. Tired of getting the same excuse for the last year-we are really short staff.
