NOT BEING ABLE TO TALK TO A HUMAN IS VERY TROUBLING, HOWEVER, THE DRIVER BROUGHT ALL 3 LARGE BOXES TO MY DOOR ON THE SECOND FLOOR. HE DESERVES A REAL PAT ON THE BACK. THANK YOU TO THE DRIVER!!
