The lady working was more than helpful. She made my experience returning something without a label on so easy. I was so stressed dealing with this issue but she made it such an enjoyable experience. Great sense of humor and very personable. Wish I had her name. It was July 26th. She was the absolute best

The Fed Ex driver delivering at approximately 2:45 pm in the 3800 blk. Of Kings Arms Lane was a Godsend. Our Dog had gotten loose and she took the time to ensure he didn’t cross the street and he came to her , which helped me to get control to make the 2 block return home. God bless you!

Can't call and ask for a live agent. I wanted to confirm they would take an unwrapped package with a reprinted label. It was the only local FedEx. Because we couldn't get through, we called another place further away that took our package. Talking to an afentwould have saved me an extra 20 miles

Whoever delivers to the East Berlin area is literally the worst. Constantly leaves packages in our driveway during inclimate weather, even with a note to leave on the porch. Today, they left an empty box required for shipping electronics in the middle of the driveway, during a snow storm. This has happened with dog food, furniture, a printer, etc… I have filed claims on each one and yet the chaos continues. someone please stop the madness….

Great!I was in and out and the customer service was great. The lady was very friendly and very helpful. All I need to do was a drop off but she wanted to make sure I got tracking to make sure it got where it was going.
