I don’t like that just anyone can go in and pick up orders without ID. the girl did not ask my friend for ID so let’s just say he was a stranger and walks in and walks by a cart with someone name and than asks for it, their goes your order out their door bc they don’t want to make sure the said person is who they are and picking up their order. This is a problem. Bc what if I would have lost money or had to keep paying on an order that I never got. But paid online for before I got there. Smh. They need to be more thorough on who’s picking up. Js

The lady that talked to us was very polite and kind. However she said guppies grow to be 3 inches and I’m 99% sure they normally get to be about an inch or so. We have a 4-5 gallon tank and said that 2 guppies needed to be in a 10 gallon tank! We were looking to get 4-5 guppies, but she said in our situation it would be better to get a betta fish. I looked at the battas and there weren’t any that I loved and would have rather got than a betta so we left!

Honesty, I'm very disappointed in the adoption process. We fell in love with a small kitten and recently lost one of ours. They would not allow us to give this kitten a great home because we have 2 10 month old puppies that are not spayed yet. I understand policy. However, after viewing hundreds of animals that are without permanent homes, this was sickening. We spend time and dollars at pet smart for our animals, and it is a shame that these beautiful animals are sitting in cages by themselves because of this rule. Get it together, I may change where I shop for pet supplies.

Always visit PetSmart spend lots of money like all pet owners, but will not step back into this place specifically. Clerk (Angela) was very rude to multiple guests in the store. Mentioned to her about her professionalism and working with the public and she went off on me leaving the store. Will not visit this store again.

I Made an appointment. I arrived there and Anabelle was at the first station. She didn’t say hello never gave me eye contact. So I’m standing there , so I said hello and asked her should I wait here or go in the hall and wait. She said wait there I have to check you in. Still no hello with her face bent up like I was getting on her nerves. Her spirit and attitude was very unwelcoming as she was checking me in. After checking me in, I was trying to make small talk and said my dog is having puppies she tied two weeks ago. She said well I can’t take her I don’t want anything to happen to the puppies. I said she just tied two weeks ago it’s nothing there yet. She continued to refuse. I told her I didn’t like her attitude anyways and left out. Anabelle doesn’t need to be in the grooming business if she can’t have a pleasant and welcoming attitude. I would never go there again!

I honestly am very disappointed with Grooming, I went in about a week ago to get my Husky groomed. I got the deshedding treatment and I even told them after she was done she still had a ton of hair that was coming off. The manager gave me a 10% discount that was all. I paid 82 dollars for this and it was a waste of money. Not to mention my dog looked super stressed when I picked her up almost as if she was scared. If I find out someone put hands on my dog I’m gonna really do some damage to this company.

Store was clean and there were a lot of items in stock and also on sale. The cashier wasn’t the nicest but the individual who grabbed some fish for me was very nice and super helpful

Person who contacted me was rude over the phone in regards of picking up my dog. I’ve came here for years now with scrapper and it’s the last time I will ever come thanks to that rude and disrespectful associate. I’ll be going elsewhere for all my pet needs from now on…

Highly recommend not to go there on a Saturday afternoon just came from there. Went there to get a allergy eater for my tank and apparently the staff member was too busy getting fish for her personal tank I get all my fish there and supplies for the last eight years and never had a problem till today
