There was an issue with the lotto machine, but the manager Emil made sure to help us get our money back and leave the store satisfied. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained what had happened and then made it right for us. The young lady at the cash register Amarra was very friendly as well.

Zach in the kitchen impressed me greatly. There was an elderly lady looking at the chicken and seemed confused on how to order and Zach came out of the kitchen area to help figure out what she wanted to order, going through what all they had with her and helped her order her food. We need more people like Zach in this world.
