“If you're picking up in a dry van, the shipping office is on the back side of the building in the middle. Have your pickup number and destination ready, you'll leave the shipping office with BOL and seal, back into the door they assign, red> green. Good to go, plenty of space to backup, not sure abt overnight parking!”

“The other reviews state using the s-curve road to docks with the indoor garage doors but that is NO longer correct..
Now you use the docks in the back side do NOT make the left into the s curve.. keep going between AWI and the GMC dealer on Eden road follow the AWI shipping and receiving sign following the road all the way to the back and make a left where The gate will be open with signs on the fence on both sides.. If it's visible from the street and not blocked by another truck you'll see an orange trailer on their doors..
You'll see employee cars parked across from the outside docks also and that would be an indicator that You're entering the right place..
There were no trucks when I arrived only an LTL and he was about done They started unloading me quickly and the dock women in charge at the time were friendly and nice..”
“Woman working the front is a huge j**** Talked to drivers like dirt. Because she is "too busy" well guess what darling...we all too busy and going through enough out here to deal with a person the likes of YOU! Anyways the guy in the back loaded me up quickly (plastic bottles for detergent). He seemed like a nice guy. Full of lanternflies! If you are on the property for any length of time please check your truck and trailer well. They were flying all over the place (its an invasive insect that kills trees).”
“Good system, check in with the guard after you enter from gate B, pay attention on gate B you have to make a wide turn or you’ll hit the yellow barricade on the floor, many drivers have blown their tires there, Check with the guard open your doors there, He or she will put you a tracking and your paperwork inside the trailer in a packing sleep go to the Live Staging area wait for the Jokey or mule to direct you to the door, drive to the dock open your doors,shock, dolly down and unhook from the trailer, the mule will lock your trailer and unlock you when it’s done, your paperwork is inside the trailer, drive to Truck Exit, check out with the guard and you’re free to go.”
