They were able to repair a tire that I previously had at Firestone (I'll never go back there) Tyler was able to correctly fix the leak, cleaned the rim bead, installed a new valve stem and mount the tire with the correct side facing out. No need to negotiate pricing. We got a great deal with the Honda Family discount program. We communicated via text and email. Once we got to the dealership we just had to sign and drive. They even pulled our vehichle and our new 2025 Honda Odyssey Elite into the showroom, so we didn't have to take our newborn into the cold. “We used Smail Acura to diagnose and repair a difficulty re-starting after brief drive with my 2025 MDX ASpec Advanced (purchased new from Smail in June 2024 as one of the first 25’s). From making a service appointment, to arrival and quick service, treated like family. “I have a 2019 GCL 300 with 100,000 miles. Bud Smail completed my B Service and installed new spark plugs for a tune up. They also installed a new thermostat for the cooling system. Lot of work, but I want to keep the car in tip top. Service done well. No problems. about 2 weeks later, I had a windshield wiper come loose in the rain. They took me in immediately and got me back on the road. I am pleased with their service and performance. I would recommend their service dept. to anyone.”

“The service representative was very courteous and professional. No issues found that would fail an inspection. The service tech did notice a few small issues that I should address in the future. I do not really agree with the dealerships one free inspection a year. I feel that if you happen to fail an inspection and you are able to address the issues by yourself, you should be allowed at no extra cost. I am sure there are plenty of people who are not skilled to complete their own maintenance, so the dealership will still get service business besides any warranty work. But, the team was great.”

“While on business in Warren Ohio my 2006 f 350 stared running really rough and smoking. After trying to look at the obvious possibilities I ended up having to spend the night at a hotel.
The next morning I had the truck towed to Kiaben Ford in Warren Ohio. I rented a u haul to bring equipment on home
. Kiaben ford had truck for 2 weeks. The service guy called to say it was a failing Turbo and couple fuel injectors. Also the compression innumber 8 cylinder was low. They wouldn't honor my warranty but would fix it for 7,500.00
So I called another garage my warranty company recommended. I&A Auto in Warren said that they could handle it.
So after 2 weeks being there they said it needed a motor.
But, id have to find another garage because they didnt work on trucks like that so I'd have to find another garage.
Aftera month of it being in Ohio we had a transport company to haul it to Latrobe Ford.
Chris from service called to let me know that the erased the codes at Kiaben Ford. Wondered if I knew what the codes were... I didnt.
I told Chris what other garages said.
Chris said he'd like to take his time to figure it out because none of the other diagnoses made sense.
Latrobe Fords experianced deasle mechanics and honezt service reps had the truck for a couple weeks...... but they FOUND the problem. 3 LOOSR BOLTS.
They didnt try to rip me off for thousands like these other garages.
So I HIGHLY RECOMEND Latrobe Ford over any garagee including Smells Ford. Because they to have tried to do repairs that didnt need done before. Also stay out of Ohio.
It's sad to think how bad we can be taken because of our ignorance when it comes to repairing are cars today. We should be able to trust these garages when we have issues. I have learned first hand again..... you cant. So when you see a statement like this you need to pay attention.
