Had an issue with a bad tank, the marathon station in Rochester PA refused to simply take it back, so I was forced to drive 30 minutes away to return it to the company. They were very nice and simply exchanged the tank for one that was usable.

We had an incident that took our propane to 0% and Pro Gas went out of their way to help us out immediately. The driver/technician was also fantastic.
