I have been using this Walgreens the entire eight years. I’ve lived here in Zelienople. I have never encountered any employee that was not pleasant, friendly, and eager to help me find anything that I need whether in the pharmacy or the store. I do know that recently another nearby pharmacy has closed and all their prescriptions for the most part have been sent to this Walgreens pharmacy. So I think people need to be aware of that and understand that is why there may be a line now to wait in to get your prescriptions that you’re not used to. hopefully that won’t last long as the new people from the other pharmacy will begin to pick up their prescriptions in a rotating type manner. And in my opinion, the employees of the pharmacy old and newly hired are doing an excellent job of dealing with a huge influx of extra prescriptions, and people. Still they do not show that any pressure is on them that they are extra tired or anything else. They are always accommodating helpful and friendly. I applaud them and the newer employees in the pharmacy as they have just jumped in and done the best they can do to serve their customers..old and new alike! Please tell them what a great job they’re doing when you visit.

I usually receive excellent service. The staff is helpful and friendly however, this evening I had a problem with a prescription needing a prior authorization which has dragged on now for 5 days. The pharmacist was condescending rude, and showed very little interest. She blamed the patron who was confused by the process instead of taking responsibility. I understand that your job is stressful but so is stopping a medication that I have been taking for several years cold turkey.

I left rite aid after years because the service has gotten bad. After 5 or 6 months at walgreens I might have made a mistake. The techs screw things up and the pharmacist doesn't take it seriously. People depend on their prescriptions and when the billing gets screwed up it adds unnecessary stress on the customers! Multiple times they have dropped the ball and never admit wrong doing and don't take it seriously! You get notified your prescriptions are ready, show up and not only not ready but not enough pills to fill it, and they dont have an aswer why!Boooo!

This place is horrible. I walked around the store looking for what I needed. No one there would help me. I did ask someone. She pointed to where it should be.It's sad that no one could take a second to walk back show you...

I had a passport photo taken here. The employee did not use the available editing software to ensure the photo was acceptable (which I didn't realize until a second employee pointed it out when I returned to get a replacement photo) and my application was returned. So, I am out the cost of two photos, overnight mail on the replacement, and I am missing a once-in-a-lifetime trip because of this store's ineptitude. Walgreens will never see another dime from me, and I hope this location burns to the ground.

It's a good place to shop. The employees are all very nice and helpful. Also, they recently upgraded their card reader payment stations. This makes the checking out process very smooth. Recommend.

I made an appointment for my booster shot for covid 19 my appiontment was for 11:10am I got there at 10:50am and there was a very long line for pharmacy. When it was turn they said they would be with me shortly and gave me paper work to fill out. They only got to me after I waited a half an hour later it was externally busy and short staffed. I was just lucky to not have another appointment later that day or have to return to work. I understand it is not the staff problem that they are short staffed and they apologized to me for the long wait. Just seems to me they are not doing a very good job with making the appointments with a short staff.

I recently visited Walgreen's photo center in Zelienople. The young lady Piper was extremely helpful and took her time assisting me as I enlarged and cropped some family photos. She was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through the entire process. The 8 x 10 photos were printed out in a matter of minutes and turned out wonderful.

The employees @ walgreens store zelienople p.a are very kind and helpful to manager and cashiers. Specially to matt the guy that have a cute pink hair , pipper and to the girl manager tonight they are super nice to me. I feel like i am special when how they treat me. i just want to say thank you so much you guys. I am kinda down and sad during daylight but because of what you did guys it makes me happy. Just keep it up guys you're the best❤️☺️
