Update: Their reply is meaningless. They have continued to ignore and/or lie for weeks. Still no deposit return. I haven’t put the time into the Attorney General yet, but it’s next.
I’ve been waiting two months for my deposit back and they’re ghosting. I sent a photo of my clean, empty unit and they still tried to charge my card again. Thankfully I removed it. I will be contacting the attorney general next.

I received a follow-up call from the district manager seeking not to just pacify or put a band-aid on my concerns but truly sought to hear and understand. He was proactive and followed through to make sure the issues were addressed and was respectfully responsive to my additional questions.

Storage Point has a very easy fairly automated system for getting set up with a unit. Online and auto payments were one of the reasons I chose Storage Point as well as reasonable pricing and convenient locations. They included a lock for my unit and detailed directions via email for accessing the property at any time during the permitted hours. Upkeep of unit is not great. Would give 5 stars, but ceiling is taped and falling down and door gets sticky but overall I'm pleased.

Storage pointe was very accommodating. I had to move unexpectedly and the process was easy and timely. It was easy access to go In And out of the unit. I moved out so I gave up my unit but I would recommend using them for your storage needs.

Very convenient and clean, never had any issues coming and going aa needed. Office staff was very helpful and friendly anytime I have stopped in.

Been a customer for 17+ years and they refused to let me skip a payment and catch up next month. The previous owners were very accommodating when life issues happened. Which was only a couple times.
I will be leaving this facility & going elsewhere A. S. A. P. Just another money grabbing company with no customer service.

The online process was easy, and cheaper than many other places in the area. We have not actually moved into the unit yet, so I may return to update this review. So far, so good!

Very easy process and easy to use. I needed temporary storage while moving and the sign up/closure process was very easy. I also contacted their support line on a Sunday and was helped immediately. Great experience without any gimmicks, highly recommended.

Updating my review; since Storage Point took over management of the Zelienople location there have been upgrades to the facilities. That was my ONLY issue. Rates are great, top customer service, and very secure storage.

We are very happy with this storage facility! It’s a reasonable price for the size of units we’ve used. We feel like our stuff is safe here as well.
