I have nothing but great things to say about Birts! They have repeatedly given my family great customer service when browsing, buying, delivering and servicing their nice sturdy furniture. I think I’ve dealt with most of the sales associates and they are genuinely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot :)

Excellent service. Sales team was excellent. The delivery guys were WONDERFUL! Tidy, considerate and went above and beyond delivering the new washer out to our cottage. Wish I could give more stars.
