“We had a great experience overall, from purchasing to delivery. Nick came out to service our dual fuel oven and it was replaced immediately, which we really appreciated.
The delivery team was excellent, polite, professional, and very thorough. They made sure everything was set up properly, switched the fridge door swing without issue, and even put pads under the oven so it would not scrape the floor. Those details did not go unnoticed.
Unfortunately, we ran into a problem with the propane connection afterward, which ended up costing us significantly more than expected. The propane company says it is an appliance issue, and the appliance side says it is a propane issue, leaving us stuck with the bill.
While that part was disappointing, the customer service, delivery, and replacement experience itself were very positive.”
