The entirety of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the sports products they sell. My personal experience was within the hocky department where Reid was friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my skates not fitting correctly (purchased at another local store). He trouble shot issues that may have been the cause for my discomfort. He made my issue much much better although i still wasn't comfortable with the fit. The problem couldn't be completely fixed due to a poor designof the skate. After accepting i needed to buy new skates he took the time to understand my exact needs in a skate. He brought me a variety of different options and made suggestions based on his expertise and personal experience with each skate. He took the time to explain what the differences were and what effects they would have on my comfort and ability. I left very happy and confident that these skates are 100% correct for my needs. This is proper customer service, customer service that deserves to be recognized. I'd like to conclude my review with a thank you to Reid and a hope that he is acknowledged for his exemplary customer service.”
