David spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to find out what was needed, he was the only one who asked me how much my son weighed and what type of pain he had. No other place I called asked for this information. I went to the store the next day and Steven served us. With the patience of an angel and exemplary professionalism, he had my son try several electric beds and different mattresses. We purchased and my son now has better sleep and less pain at night. “We went to Dormez-vous on a Wednesday night around 7pm, we were welcomed by Jacob, who was incredibly competent and a real encyclopedia. This guy was the best advisor for our mattress and you can tell he cared and knew everything by heart, he stayed with us till 10pm which is literally an hour after their scedualed closing time to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchases.
