Beyond the craftsmanship, the human side of this business is equally exceptional. Every member of the staff is kind, professional, and genuinely accommodating. After returning home with my vehicle, I noticed one very small detail I wanted to improve. When I brought the car back, I was welcomed immediately and made to feel completely justified in returning. They were genuinely pleased that I came back because their priority was clear – ensuring I was 110% satisfied.
You could feel how important my satisfaction was to them. They would not let me leave until I was entirely happy. Remarkably, although I had only made an appointment for a quick adjustment, they even washed the car for me before I left.
