“It was a very good experience, because for my summer tire installation in advance (March 18), I benefited from certain discounts on my air filter, among other things, also from a $25 Valvoline gift card . Everything was clearly justified to me for the costs and the very courteous customer service even called on an employee to drive me home rather than waiting at the garage. I was informed of the maintenance to be done in a few months to respect the scheduled maintenance of my car. I am very satisfied with this garage that I have been using for 20 years...”

“UpdateThe director Patrick called me to resolve the situation. He personally took care of ensuring that the parts were there for my service bulletin. When I arrived this morning, he came to meet me and everything was ready. Since he took the trouble to call me back and take care of everything I gave them a second chance to sort everything out.When I bought the car I received it outside in the rain with a nonchalant guy who half explained the functions!!!! I call because my bench is unstitched, I am told that it is not guaranteed, that I should have taken out a bad guarantee, I had to call my seller and fight, I won my case.... I gave my 2019 kona in exchange, they gave my phone number to the new buyer!!! What is this practice???? In November 2023 I called for a noise in the suitcase which is known 1 ioniq 5 out of 3 to this defect! I call the service, explain the case, transfer me to the parts, speak with the parts guy, he is very aware of the problem. He orders the parts for me, makes an appointment! I arrive at the appointment and I leave the vehicle there, I tell myself that I won't have my car all day, make both calls at the same time as you repair the suitcase. But no sir, you leave the car here all day so that we can see the noise and we will order the part and you will make another appointment to change the part!!!! I left with my car and call me back when your room seriously stop wasting my time bad service”

“I am used to going to small garages whose employees do the minimum but not this garage. For example, I went to pick up my tires which were in storage and they helped me take the tires to my caravan and even helped me put them inside my vehicle even though my vehicle was very crowded. Having known that there was service I would have made room in my vehicle before arriving. And they took the time to answer some questions about a starter problem. All without making me feel like I’m disturbing.”

“A small and dynamic team that works efficiently. I had my brand new winter tires installed at Garage Matte yesterday and the service I received exceeded my expectations including the lady at the front desk was also very nice.Here is what happened yesterday:I thought my car came without the wheel lock on the wheels but it turned out it had them on. The owner called me immediately and told me this could be resolved quickly by simply dropping by the dealership's service department while they kept installing the winter tires on the winter rims. I went back to pick up my car and got the wheel key from the dealership within 20 min, Garage Matte already got my winter tires ready on the side. 15 min later, I was home with my car and the winter tires on. The whole thing was done within 70 min. Mind you, I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago with Canadian Tires' garage and they told me it couldn't be done the same day and I need to book another appointment. I guess you can imagine how much time I've wasted.I am very pleased with Garage Matte and highly recommended if you live in the area.”
