I bought a gazillion of Jibbitz!! I was very pleased with the promotions the store has. I wen’t there twice in 1 day.1st encounter, all went well, no issues with the transaction, nobody helped me at 1st but the guy doing the cash did well as he told me there’s a promotion for Jibbitz.2nd encounter,——- hurried up to assist me, though he knew his co-worker just helped me not more than 15mins ago…——— was a darling and all and even gave me a box to carry all the items i purchased…he told me i’m getting a very great price… the receipt was given, i went out of the store.I crossed check my 1st with my 2nd receipt and for 2 items - i paid in the marked price and was not given the promotion price. When i pointed out the error, he acted like a child and wants to shoooooo me off telling me to just get 1 more and as if it’s done and he even added that he doesn’t want to argue with me.1ST - I WASN’T ARGUING WITH YOU, i want you to rectify the mistake.2ND - Even the 2 associates at the counter agreed with me and understood what happen.OH JEANNNN…*i started with a really great day… my mood was ruined by your lack of openness when a follow up is needed on your work. I hope you will not do it to any other shopper, or to me—- the next time i come by!

I bought my crocs this summer and one of them is now all bent out of shape. I paid $80 for my crocs and I'm convinced it's a manufacturing defect. I went to the store and the salesman told me that crocs are made like this and they warp easily. Very disappointed and angry at the way I was treated. Very bad customer service and very disrespectful salesman. I would like a refund or to send me a new pair that does not have a manufacturing defect.

Placed an order on November 14th and as of December 5th it is still not shipped. Called and chatted 3 times, customer service is of no help, their favorite line is "We don't control the warehouse". A manager was suppose to call me within 72 business hours and we're at the 5th business day with no sign of anyone. I've never seem such a bad customer service. Still didn't get my Crocs and worst of all no one can tell me if and when I'll get them!!

The best Crocs location I have been to. Scott and Benny were amazing. They went over and above to help my grandmother and I find the perfect pair of Crocs. Also what an amazing sale bought two pairs that were on clearance, and they gave me two more pairs for free. Christmas presents just saying!!!
