Shoe Stores
Hours: Crocs at Quartier DIX30 is a popular destination for casual footwear, known for its friendly and attentive staff. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of employees like Benny, Zach, and others, who assist with sizes and product availability. Many reviews highlight the outstanding customer service, with staff members being patient and accommodating during the shopping experience. Shoppers have enjoyed the opportunity to trade in old Crocs for a discount on new pairs, enhancing their overall satisfaction. However, some visitors noted that the store could benefit from having more employees present, as there were times when staff were limited. Additionally, language barriers were mentioned, with some customers finding it inconvenient when cashiers primarily spoke English. Despite these minor issues, the store maintains a wide variety of shoes and continues to provide a positive shopping atmosphere, encouraging customers to "Find Your Fun" in their colorful footwear. Overall, Crocs at Quartier DIX30 offers a combination of great products and commendable service.
