One particular staff was quite rude, inflexible and get agitated for no reason. Your new branch manager Mr. Wong should start with training your front branch reps to be more humane and know how to deliver client experience instead of threatening your clients. Very disappointing experience and leadership.

Extremely ridiculous. They have a problem with their ATM machine (accepting 2 envelopes at once when it should only take 1) and then denying that they received the amount in the second envelope after dragging on for almost 4 months. Asked them to simply check the camera, it would be so clear. Stay far away!

Very bad experience many times, I can not reach branch bank directly. They caked me either make an appointment for me or wait until branch office call me. Either way can not match my urgent need and can not offer competition service from other Bank.
