Completely incompetent employees. Got transfered from the main HSBC center to the Brossard one (where I already do buisiness) for a mortgage renewal. Employee confirmed and blocked my new mortgage rate and said they would call me back at a certain date. Never called back so I called instead (in advance of the date) to make sure the appointment is still on to sign the papers and at what time I can come. Same employee said he could not find any information on my mortgage renewal !! Nothing is blocked, appointment simply dissapeared, and now he told me I have to call the main branch again for them to get the papers done and send them back to Brossard! The expiry date is in 2 days... Now I have to do all the work for them. Never seen this much of a bad service in any company ever! What bank asks you to do their job instead of serving the customer like any other bank? HSBC !

One particular staff was quite rude, inflexible and get agitated for no reason. Your new branch manager Mr. Wong should start with training your front branch reps to be more humane and know how to deliver client experience instead of threatening your clients. Very disappointing experience and leadership.

Extremely ridiculous. They have a problem with their ATM machine (accepting 2 envelopes at once when it should only take 1) and then denying that they received the amount in the second envelope after dragging on for almost 4 months. Asked them to simply check the camera, it would be so clear. Stay far away!

Very bad experience many times, I can not reach branch bank directly. They caked me either make an appointment for me or wait until branch office call me. Either way can not match my urgent need and can not offer competition service from other Bank.

cette entreprise pour moi elle est de mauvaise fois quand tu bloque un compte a une personne sans l aviser et qu ont peut pas retirer notre argent surtout en temps de pandemie et qu ont a besoin d argent ont appele sans une entreprise pas de coeur

Very bad experience. Booked an appointment #696106, Dec 2. I cancelled other arrangements for the whole afternoon and arrived at this branch on time. The staff showed up 10 minutes late without apologize, lied that she did not receive an appointment. Then she told me that she would not do the business I made appointment for and she had other appointment soon.
