“Cigo asks us to leave a tip after we pay $90 plus tax $13.35 for delivery. That's $102-. Why doesn't Matelas Bonheur or Cigo who employs the deliverymen give them at least 20% of what I paid. They deserve more and I can't afford to pay more after paying $102-”

My bed is shorter than the standard and this new set, made to measure, is just perfect. Siesta is a beautiful family business with a human dimension that can meet the specific needs of its customers. In retail, things happen. Products don’t always work out, or fail altogether. Stock runs out and replacements are on back order.
You need to judge a store by how well the staff deals with these challenges. With courtesy and empathy and collaboration.
Erin and her team do an incredible job of doing just that. Stuff happens, but the service levels are beyond the call of duty, problems are solved with efficiency, cheerfulness and compassion.
I’ve shopped in many Linen Chest locations and have found this one to be the very best possible.

“Went inside the store to help a family member shop for a Queeen mattress. We figured this store is too expensive and we will never find anything interesting there. We were walking around and then Gaetan came to see us and showed us the firmest mattress in the store. We sat on the mattress suggested and found that’s really comfy but find that 1299$ plus tax and delivery was too much. We were ready to keep shopping and then Gaetan saved the day! He pulled some magic out of a hat and then was able to let us have the mattress for 799$ and waived the delivery.
So we jumped on it and thought everyone should that if you ever shop at Dormez-vous, go see Gaetan at this store! He will really take care of you and you will not be disappointed! Awesome staff and awesome store, definitely will recommend to everybody we know!”

The rep gave me excellent advice and outstanding service. I honestly do not understand how Matelas Bonheur can even be considered competition. They are nowhere near Dormez-vous in terms of selection, even when it comes to pillows alone.”
