“I order sandals from Birkenstock from time to time as we all enjoy various styles at home and recently placed a few orders, kept the ones I liked and returned the rest. I put sandals from 2 orders into one box in an effort to save mailing costs for the company as well as the use of multiple boxes, however, this resulted in not receiving a full refund from Afterpay as return mailing labels are unique for each order. I brought this to the attention of Cody at Birkenstock by phone who immediately resolved the issue and processed the refund I should have received. I appreciated his prompt service and response which, in my experience, is getting harder to find in today's online/faceless interactions.”
