I've had several people ask me if I wanted help.I was looking for Nike shoes for walking but the majority of the models didn't have the size but I knew afterwards that we could still order them on site and that we could exchange them if they didn't fit.But I finally found a pair that is quite comfortable.There was a promotion for Mother's Day, I took the opportunity to treat myself to some beautiful shoes.Good choices and great brands!”

I know I do, since (for whatever unexplained reason), a Camper shop exists in Montreal but not Toronto ?. Kayla was super helpful today. They didn’t end up having the colour I wanted in the shop, (I ordered them online) but I found the style I wanted with Kayla’s help. Great store and friendly staff. “For a man wearing a size 16, it was an ordeal to renew his shoes...I took him there when we first started as a couple and it was therefore heaven on earth for him! At 38 he chose for the first time from around fifty models or even more!!! A real little guy with eyes full of stars!!! The advisors on site are just perfect and the prices affordable and fair. “I order sandals from Birkenstock from time to time as we all enjoy various styles at home and recently placed a few orders, kept the ones I liked and returned the rest. I put sandals from 2 orders into one box in an effort to save mailing costs for the company as well as the use of multiple boxes, however, this resulted in not receiving a full refund from Afterpay as return mailing labels are unique for each order. I brought this to the attention of Cody at Birkenstock by phone who immediately resolved the issue and processed the refund I should have received. I appreciated his prompt service and response which, in my experience, is getting harder to find in today's online/faceless interactions.”
