“I had my door lock repaired. The gentleman on the phone said they couldn’t get part till day after and said he would give me a courtesy car for free. Nice, I thought!Picked car up 2 in afternoon and returned next day at 1 in afternoon. I was charged for 2 days courtesy car and my lock wasn’t fixed properly.After I contacted Linda and her crew they quickly rectified the situation.A small phone call and the garage reprogrammed my lock and realized the courtesy car was a misunderstanding and I was reimbursed.Job well doneThank you”
“Back to 5/5 starPrices are better than Pneusarabais and the prices at FCP include installation.Installation prices are on par now (unlike the previous review).The wait time is long, but you have to understand that they're busy, it's impossible to be in and out during the seasonal rush.If you want something quicker, pay more and go to your dealer and even then, you'll still wait a while.If you want to save money and have a wide selection to pick from, this is the place to go.Thanks again!Old review (4 months ago):4/5 star because they're fast and dependable.Lost a star for the prices.Tire installation for 17" is $120 (with taxes) as opposed to other local shops that are $80 tax in.As for the tire prices, other shops (online) can get the same or better deals.Old review (5 years ago):They always have the best prices and if you ever decide to buy used tires, this is a trustworthy shop, which is hard to come by these days. “Not a fan of the suburbs, but you got a hand it to them. Their Costco kicks our Costco's behind. Huge parking lot with lots of space between cars and no death-wish intersection like the one in Marche-Central. Incredible selection of food tastings, at least 15-18, including wine and beer, cold cuts, cheeses and meats. It felt like I just had dinner. Lineup that was not so bad and friendly service. Very upscale neighborhood, so no cart chariot fights in the aisles, you ankles will come out alive.”
