Hours: Urban Planet is a store with good looking clothing and reasonable prices when items are on sale. Customers appreciate the spaciousness of the store. However, there are consistent criticisms regarding the checkout process. There are many cashier spots but only ever one employee serving, leading to extremely long and endless waits where customers often leave. Many other employees, including a manager who sometimes works the cash, are seen on the floor but do not come to help, which is a source of frustration. The discounts displayed are not always very clear, leading to negative surprises at the checkout. Regarding the clothing, a common wish is that not most of the girls tops for children were crop or 3/4 cuts, as this can make children uncomfortable. The changing rooms have only one hook for clothes and none for bags, forcing customers to place bags on a floor that is not swept often enough, with clumps of dust. Due to these issues, particularly the checkout problems, some customers go less and less.
