“This has gotta be one of the bigger Costcos in Quebec--fully equipped with pharmacy, optical center, and gas station. The context of my visit was Saturday mid afternoon and non-essential products were still off limits for purchasing. This place is so spacious and sparsely occupied by shoppers. It felt almost "empty" by Costco standards. When it was time to pay, I just strolled up to the checkout. Most had only one customer in line or in process of checking out. For a stress free bulk shopping experience, this is the place to be!”

“A thousand thank-yous to Patrice and Lee!! Costco Candiac is lucky to have Patrice and Lee on the team, representing excellent customer service. My elderly mother had a sudden health issue, and Patrice came to our aid quickly, handled the emergency efficiently with grace and discretion. Lee joined us soon after, with the same kindness and patience. The world needs more people like these wonderful ladies. Given how well they helped us navigate this extreme situation, I'm sure they're excellent with customers in more peaceful and basic circumstances...!”

“It's well organized. Several sizes available. Clothes for spring summer and winter coats. Prices are reasonable but you have to shop carefully. The quality of these brands are great so it's worth the cost to go. It's the best for those looking for baby clothes, it has everything.”

“Good morning I've been doing business with them for a long time. They are very friendly, kind people and very understandable with the world. These are warehouses of different sizes and they are located outside. You have to enter with a code. By Nathalie and Alain D”

“Hello, I had a very satifying experience with the staff today. I was already in the story when a chinese staff came to me and apologize for the inconvenience because they were fixing some electrical. What surprised me is the fact she went to each customer and telling them in french/english ,when the PC turned on, once again, she apologized for the wait. 10/10 customer service I must say. Deserve a raise for this kind of customer service and I will definitely come back to shop again.”

“Really nice warehouse. Costco breaks many of the logistic basics when it comes to the floor layout, membership fees and sacrifice of variety over quantity. Yet it succeeds by providing us a well controlled variety of products with most interesting prices. With their orientation to high value products and economies of scale they are unbeatable at doing grocery and saving big bucks in the process. The only aspect of their shopping process that bothers me is their associates purposely breaking smooth flows at both entry and exit points. Specially arriving to the warehouse. Only members or people with a Costco gift card can pay for goods. So what good could it do to ask for the membership card at the door?? If I'm a member that would only frustrate me and if I'm not and I'm only coming to see what I'm losing, pleeeease let me in. I know you will convince me. I get so mad every time I'm asked for my card. Not long ago my kid was extremely tired and was crying. Well you know who was asked for the card. Yeap me, honestly Costco which values does this adds to the customer experience process?”

“Costco has fresh and high-quality food products, and their staff is incredibly friendly—even during busy hours, Nathalie always greets customers with a bright smile. I also love that items purchased online can be easily refunded at local warehouses. The restrooms are spacious and plentiful, which is very convenient. On top of that, food court items like hot dogs, poutine, and pizza are affordable and come in generous portions, making them a great value.”
