“Scott and Chris are very knowledgeable and honest. They are land rover jaguar specialized mechanics. I was looking for a land rover/range rover specialized mechanic after my warranty ended and after a horrible experience at a local dealership. After a phone call with them it is very evident that they were very experienced with the make and model of my car. Chris was very accommodating as I was able to bring the car in early before my appointment date and was flexible with pick up time. They were able to work within my budget and got everything that was required fixed. Very timely, quality work, reasonably priced, photos of issues were provided so you can be assured they are not trying to get you to fix something that is not required. I have not had to bring my car back here for something that was supposed to be fixed a second time which is also reassuring. Being a girl and having to deal with car issues can be daunting and intimidating and I felt comfortable and well taken care of here. Thanks guys.”

“While traveling back from Ontario to PEI, we ran into unexpected car trouble in Ottawa. Like many people, we were anxious about visiting a mechanic we didn’t know—but from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. We showed up around 4pm, and despite it being close to closing time, the owner assured us he’d do everything he could to get us back on the road.
We needed a new fuel injector and O-rings installed—a job that typically takes about two hours. With only an hour left in the workday, we weren’t sure it could be done. But my wife overheard one of the younger mechanics offer to stay late, and sure enough, they pulled through. They got the job done, and we were back on the road that evening.
I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and the personal care they showed us. It’s rare to find a shop that treats you like family when you’re just passing through. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone who—like us—relies on reviews before choosing a mechanic. They truly went above and beyond.”
