“I have been going here for ten years and it is the best auto service I have ever encountered. The staff is friendly and honest, knows the customers (and their cars!) and offers efficient, careful servicing at a fair price. A few years back they noted that something was starting to go but would probably be good for another year. I had a recall check at the dealers for something else a few days later. The recall part was replaced and thenhey claimed that the other issue was urgent, just happened to have the part and estimated $200 more than the quote I had been given by Jean at Vinette. From the minute you walk in, till they call you the minute the car is finished, the service is exemplary.
Today, I had two faulty seat belts replaced. As always it iwas efficient, good communication among all, and who can argue with complementary car wash and checks (battery, wipers etc)?”

The service manager Brandon is excellent at resolving customer concerns and is incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. Prachant is very knowledgeable about the vehicle service workflow, and communication with him was smooth and efficient.
I’d also like to give special thanks to two staff members (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) — a tall, long-haired gentleman and a female colleague — who went above and beyond by helping clear snow and ice off my car outdoors in heavy snowfall. Their kindness and willingness to help really made my day.

“Speedy on Maloney is MVP when it comes to customer service. They show what is wrong with the car and what they will do. I had coolant leaks twice and they found the issue and didn't overcharge. They are very fair with their price.
At first I didn't have any coolant left so they didn't see the leak so they only charged me for the coolant they added.
This time there was still some coolant to find the leak so they are only paying me for the metal zip tie that was broken and the check up that they did to make sure it wasn't something else. Thank you so much.”

“Ok, I’m out for a short bike ride today, and the girl is acting weird and backfiring on me. Battery goes dead and everything stops just in front of this garage, not a better place for this to happen, I walk in and explain what happen and that I might need a quick boost to get back on the road and bring the girl back home for analysis, without any hesitation and within minutes these guys are out with a power pack helping me get back on the road without making a fuss about it. This is huge these day and tells me a lot about this business and the staff working there. You rock. Should I need mechanical work I will without any hesitation bring my gear to these guys.
